You have to decide, wether you use Python (this is what you are doing with
Sikuli IDE) or Java.
For unit testing see faq 1804
Since you know Eclipse:
- you can use Eclipse with Python plugin and unit testing via Python module
unittest
- you can use Java as you might be familiar with
