That sudo works, simply means, that the folder
/Users/monogeo/sikulix
or at least
/Users/monogeo/sikulix/sikuli-setup.jar
has some "special" access rights, that prevents the normal user to run
the setup successfully.
pls. check and eventually run a "repair access rights"
