Thanks, but this is just your yellow splash screen. That doesn't really help
me. ;-)
The only thing I can say, it's your java version 1.7.45 is correctly installed
on your computer.
Apparently you hadn't enable the log, can you do it (add -d3 in
runIDE.cmd) and post it as well.
Try to add the command -Xshare:off when runIDE.cmd call the jar file.
Normally it doesn't change anything, but just in case. :-)
