Hello.
Yes, call the runIDE.cmd in your Sikuli install folder.
Or if you want to launch directly the jar :
%JAVA_HOME%\bin\java.exe -Xms512M -Xmx1024M -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8
-Dsikuli.FromCommandLine -jar "sikuli-ide.jar"
