you have a mix of version 1.0.1 and RC3 on your system.
Take care to have a clean 1.0.1 installation
Use latest sikuli-setup.jar and use setup option 2 or 3 in a folder outside
/Application to get a valid sikuli-scipt.jar fro version 1.0.1
