RaiMan proposed the following answer:
supposing you have a sikuli-java.jar that was setup with the Tesseract-
OCR option, then you could delete the libs folder and start your Java
app again: the libs folder should be recreated automatically.
Add -Dsikuli.Debug=3 to the java command line and paste the log output
here.
