RaiMan proposed the following answer:
--- on any machine besides Java ...
you need a sikuli-script.jar (1.0.1) or sikulix.jar (1.1.0+) setup for that
system (Windows, Mac or Linux). Or you use the setup option that creates
ski....jar, running on all systems (might be deployed from a server).
The fitting libs folder is automatically exported at runtime.
With 1.0.1 the system has to be restarted once after first try to run (not
necessary with 1.1.0+)
--- usually you have some testxxx.sikuli ...
that you can run either using the provided command line scripts or use your own
java command.
