rss proposed the following answer:
1. Install packages tesseract and opencv from OSS repository.
2. Download SikuliX_OSS13.1_AMD64_libs.tgz from
https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0Bwx0cbtdU5K6STg2T0l5UWlIRXc
3. Unpack and copy these libraries in ‘./libs’ directory that created by
sikulix.jar instead of existing libs.
