RaiMan proposed the following answer:
--- it has already been mentioned that that should not be added to the PATH.
this might be the case with standard Java installations in the program folders.
So it might be worth a try to add H:/jdk-1.7.0_06_x64/jre/bin to system path in
your case.
I will check the behaviour with version 1.1.0 with these non-standard
Java installation.
