It looks like you are talking about some android device emulator on
Windows.
Sikuli has no shortcut to directly launch any application or stuff.
… and not really a Sikuli question:
you have to look for a Windows tool/command, that allows to launch the apk in
your emulator.
Then you might use this command from within Sikuli via run or subprocess.
