screen resolution does not matter for moving the mouse with a click.
Currently there is no additional debugging option.
That mouse move generally works, you can see in the debug output at the
beginning:
[debug] Screen: *** end monitor configuration ***
[debug] Region: hover: L(960,540)@S(0)[0,0 1920x1080]
[debug] Region: hover: L(596,565)@S(0)[0,0 1920x1080]
If these moves (to center of screen and back to the mouse location
before script has started with MoveMouseDelay 0) would not have worked,
you would have gotten the same error messages.
So you seem to run your app (the one you want to click) in a special
Win8 mode, that blocks the use of the mouse by the internally used Java
Robot.
In some situations it helped, to run Sikuli as admin.
