RaiMan proposed the following answer:
If PyDev was installed correctly, then you should have a PyDev tab on
the main preference pane (menu Window -> Preferences).
So check your installation/setup.
BTW: if you are using SikuliX version 1.0.1, the some relevant usage
information in other IDE's is here:
