AMS posted a new comment: I just thought I would post my results as I was able to get this to work. As it was mentioned I took a look at my environment and added the following to my "/etc/profile" export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/local/lib export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$PKG_CONFIG_PATH:/usr/local/lib export TESSDATA_PREFIX=/home/user/Downloads/tesseract-ocr I am putting together a script which would install OpenCV, Tesseract and Sikuli with all needed dependencies for CentOS 6.5.
