Logout and Login again!
with version 1.0.1 you still have to restart your session/machine after the
first usage of the sikuli…-jars.
This is fixed in 1.1.0
I recommend, to go with 2.8.5, since I will use that too (… and will add
an option to auto-setup), so I could help you easier.
