No need to put such reminders as comment #1.
I see everything regarding Sikuli on launchpad anyway.
If you did not get any answer after 2-3 days, then you might add more
information, to motivate someone to answer.
this case:
you have to calculate the cell position based on the pixel geometry of your
grid.
