do.
If this does not help, then beginning tomorrow you might try the 1.1.0-Beta4,
where this is implemented now:
org.sikuli.scriptrunner.ScriptRunner.run("some_script")
Could you give me some more information about how you develop and test
the JavaScript stuff (IDE, project setup, ...), since I want to test it
my self.
