Sorry for the inconvenience.
It wants to download the Windows native library jar from MavenCentral.
I am working on the solution, to integrate these into the offline setup.
Currently the only workaround is, to make an online setup on a capable
machine and take the resulting jars to the other machine manually.
hope I get it fixed till to night for build 2014-10-16.
