The only other way with SikuliX is to try to get the text to the
clipboard, if it can be selected and obeys ctrl-c.
Another general option:
Depending on your goal, you might let your Sikuli workflow "learn" the other
possible contents of these areas and capture the images, that have not been
seen yet.
