Kevin Ton posted a new comment: the context menu entry (right mouse) "run as administrator" works. I actually run the python script from the cygwin terminal. So I right click the cygwin icon and run ad admin. Afterward, I run the the python script which calls the Sikuli script. It really works :) Thank you so much for your help and prompt response.
