What I am trying to do is:
- Once the Browser is opened (I am testing with IE and FireFox):
- Send CTRL-l to focus in the url field
- Send the Delete button to erase an existing url, specially in IE to avoid
mixing my url (next step) with the existing one
- Paste my url
- Send Enter
I have tried these two:
write("#C.l#w1."); write("#DEL.#w1."); paste(url); write("#N.")
write("#C.l#w1."); write("#DEL#w1."); paste(url); write("#N.")
and what I get is:
http://#DEL.https://myurl.com/
Instead I used the Backspace to delete the original url in IE and seems
to be working better.
