Another beginner question
I cannot get a trap out of a simple "if"
Here are a few lines where I am searching for a CAD file for a break point
I hover over the location where the "break" word will appear and copy it to the
clipboard.
type('c', KEY_CTRL)# capture whatever text is there
end = Env.getClipboard()#bring it in
print(end)#outputs whatever is on the clipboard
if end == "break":
print("found the break point") #trap phrase
print(end) #just for kicks print it again
exit()
It will never printout the trap phrase when I am absolutely certain that
end=="break"
