Thanks for the quick response, RaiMan!
I just realized that it actually was using the new regions previously. The
confusion on my part was because the IDE shows log messages referring to the
whole screen. For instance:
[log] CLICK on L(287,297)@S(0)[0,0 1280x1024]
But running in the console with -d3 I see messages such as:
[debug] Jython: requested to use as default region: R[149,125 798x570]@S(0)
...
[debug] Region: find: waiting 3.0 secs for P(Refresh.png) S: 0.99 to appear
in R[149,125 798x570]@S(0)
So, find is clearly using the new region as expected.
