I guess, you have to make your own command script or use the plain java
command like this:
java
-Dpython.path=:/opt/git/test_util:/usr/local/staf/lib/python27:/usr/local/staf/lib:/mnt/toolchain/thirdparty/vmware
/non-redistributable/site-packages -jar ./sikuli-ide.jar -r
/home/sbaldawa/create_cluster_import
to get the -D parameter in front
