RaiMan proposed the following answer:
what I see (has nothing to do with your problem:
- C:/SikuliX should be exclusive for SikuliX stuff, no user stuff (put it
somewhere else outside)
- folder lib should be libs (might be a typo)
- .sikuli folder names should not contain blanks or other special characters
besides - and _
- there should be a Downloads folder that should contain the 1.0.1-1.jar
supposing you have a successful setup:
how to run from command line from anywhere outside the SikuliX folder:
c:\SikuliX\runIDE.cmd -r <path-to-your-script>.sikuli
