did you try:
App.focus("File Upload")
If it does not work, I cannot help you.
You need to find another method, to get the window focused.
reason: the features are deep down implemented with C++ and using native Win32
API methods.
There might be differences between XP and 8, that the implementation (not
touched the last 4 years) might not reflect.
