if you want to use SikuliX 1.1.0, then you should simply use the setup
according to
http://sikulix.com + quickstart
BTW:
just checked with the current github repo:
mvn -pl Setup exec:exec
should not work at all (wrong exe target specified).
So I guess you are working with an older version of the repo anyway.
