if you are talking about the Python egg sikuli 0.1:
this contains the wrong Sikuli:

for details see http://sikulix.com (What is Sikuli (now named SikuliX) )
the script you are talking about cannot be run be run with the other Sikuli,
since this does not have a scripting feature.
A .skl can only be run with SikuliX (http://sikulix.com) and from Python only
in subprocess that starts a JVM accordingly or by issuing a fitting command
line execution.
