RaiMan posted a new comment: @ comment #8: you have C:\Program Files (x86)\Sikuli X\libs in your system path. When working with 1.1.0 you should purge or hide everything, that has to do with any prior Sikuli version. SIKULI_HOME is no longer needed and not recognised.
