Our company blocks http://mvn.is.inf.uni-due.de:8081 so currently there is no way for us to access sikuilix via api. I realize this is a long shot but is there any possibility of that being changed in the future. In searching through the questions on this site I did see that one other person experienced the same issue and was able to change proxies. Unfortunately that is not an option for us. I believe on our end it has to due with the port 8081 since I'm able to hit http://mvn.is.inf.uni-due.de Currently we have sikulix manually installed into our local maven repos and were hoping to simplify things some.
