SikuliX hangs after El Capitan upgrade

Bug description:
After upgrading to OS X 10.11.1 (El Capitan) SikuliX no longer works.
I'm using Java 1.8.0_65. Sikuli hangs with this message onscreen:
SikuliX-IDE is starting
Interrupt with [command] + [shift] C
Init Window
1.1.0-201506180100
