Are you using "SikuliXIDE 1.1.0" now ?
When you run "sikulixsetup-1.1.0.jar" you didn't check "option3", I think .
If so, run "sikulixsetup-1.1.0.jar" once again .
At that time, check "option3" .

When you run script by SikuliXIDE, Setting is useless .
Settings.OcrTextSearch = True
Settings.OcrTextRead = True
[Setting:]
When you want to enable TextSearch, use "Preferences:more Options" .
Setting window will open by [Ctrl+p] .
