Since SikuliX is Java based, it uses Jython as Python script
interpreter.
Only modules written in Python language only can be used with SikuliX.
PyVISA is depending internally on C-based coding and a DLL. Hence it
cannot be used with SikuliX.
Try to find a Java library with comparable features, which then could be
used with SikuliX.
