<region of first column>.find(<image of BBB>).right(500).click(<select
button>)
or if you find out the wanted row number through another way, then you can use
buttons = list(<region of button row>.findAll(<select button>))
buttonsTopDown = sorted(buttons, key=lambda m:m.y)
click(buttonsTopDown[<rowNumber>]
Take care: index in [<index>] counts from 0
