supposing you are running version 1.1.0:
you have to start at http://sikulix.com and read relevant parts of the
docs.
>From any non-Java environment (like yours), you have to run scripts using

java -jar sikulix.jar ...
... being the needed parameters
You have to run it in some subprocess.
