I tested in same environment:
cannot reproduce the problem, when making sure, that the black image cannot be
found in the region (no area plain black of this size available in the region)

My Code after reading various Suggestions always returns "not found"
if exists(Pattern("1464943398109.png").similar(0.99)):
print "found"
else:
print "not found"
The Area of the Screen that I am testing is completely black and so is
the image
