Description changed to: When I click the download link at http://sikulix.com/ (Get version 1.1) using Internet Explorer 11 I get a message that says "sikulisetup-1.1.0.jar is unsafe to download and was blocked by SmartScreen Filter". Can someone tell me why this is occurring?
