We cannot help you here with both libraries you mention (not our stuff).
You have to go to their pages and ask there.
About RIDE: same goes for the import problem here: you seem to have done
something wrong with your project setup in RIDE.
A good place to ask questions like this and may be find help is
stackoverflow.
