RaiMan proposed the following answer: Then the problem might be corrupted downloads, which is only detected at time of usage later. A workaround having a valid installation: copy the ...Downloads... folders to the <SikuliXAppData> folder on the target machine. The setup will now run with the available artefacts. if you confirm that they should be used.
