masuo proposed the following answer:
Run VNC Server on WindowsCE, and Connect from VNC Viewer on Windows7.
In this way, by display WindowsCE screen on Windows7, SikuliX script on
Windows7 can control WindowsCE screen.
I have not tried yet this environment, but it worked good between
Windows10 and Windows7.
