Vadivelan proposed the following answer:
Instead of updating existing version, just copy the setup file to new directory
and try again.
If setup unable to download any file, just download the file manually and place
it in the install directory and try install again. In your case, it unable to
download jython-standalone-2.7.0.jar
It is available here:
http://search.maven.org/remotecontent?filepath=org/python/jython-standalone/2.7.0/jython-standalone-2.7.0.jar
Also, Setup will not be able to download tesseract. So download that
manually from here: http://download.sikulix.com/tesseract-
ocr-3.02.eng.tar.gz and place in install folder before installation.
