at 1. yes
at 2. yes - no restart needed
at 3. system path is modified dynamically internally at runtime for this run
only
at 4. it is not really an error, but something like a hint, that you have to at
least login/logout or restart, to get the path modifications recognized by the
system
1.1.1 is principally stable and will get final until beginning of February.
It is worth to give it a try. Be sure to have read and understood the
corresponding infos.
