New question #606521 on Sikuli:
https://answers.launchpad.net/sikuli/+question/606521

I am using Eclipse as my IDE. Today I decided to export my project into a
runnable jar so that my friend could test it on his system. I made sure to
include all references and dependencies so that my friend could just run the
jar file without installing anything else. Upon testing the jar file, nothing
seems to work, at the very start there is a GUI that is displayed for the user
to enter some parameters and clicking the button will start the automation
task.

Everything works fine when I run my application from Eclipse but when using the
exported JAR file, nothing seems to happen.
- I have noticed that I need to run Eclipse in Admin mode on Windows to get
anything Sikuli to work.

Please help. I am not sure how to troubleshoot this problem or what could be
the cause. Thank you.
