I do not really understand your question:
SikuliX internally uses some OpenCV features using a prebuilt native library.
This opencv API is not available to the users of SikuliX - it is strictly
internal. ... and yes: 1.1.1 uses OpenCV 2.x latest version and SikuliX version
2 will use OpenCV 3.x.
So you can do what ever you want in your setup with your privat library
of OpenCV 3.1, it does not interfere with SikuliX features used in
parallel.
