It does not matter to sikuli's setting.
You wanted to read the characters displayed on the screen.
So you thought of using the OCR feature.
But some characters can be recognized by OCR feature and some characters can
not be recognized.
So I mean it is better to try if Sikuli can recognize characters as expected.
