RaiMan proposed the following answer: Ok, then you have the same problem as the one that brought this problem up. It has nothing to do with SikuliX, since the above test is plain Java. Since the problem does not exist on my Windows 10 machine (latest build and latest java 8), it might have something to do with a special graphics setup (hardware/software) or some piece of software, that intercepts somehow the mouse movement originated from a program.
