apparently you have mixed 1.1.1 setup with 1.1.0 files.
purge everything including the %APPDATA% Sikulix folder and start again
according to:
http://www.sikulix.com/specials/files/c77aee9efb9985e68684cf70bbaa21a9-3.html
or with 1.1.2 nightly builds
