why not?
Version control is all about tracking changes in a file system.
Be sure to know, how the .sikuli folders are seen and used by SikuliX
and especially the options of handling the captured images.
A good option would be to switch from storing the images inside the
scripfolder to an imagepath solution, where all images are stored in a
central place with a strict naming convention.
