Dave Kane is still having a problem:
RaiMan,
I'm still stuck on the Jython issue. I've been trying a bunch of different
things, but can't seem to get anywhere
When I attempt to run the python script from the command line I get an error -
RunTimeAPI: *** terminating: JythonHelper: no jython available.
I've attached a screen grab of some of the setting and results - any ideas?

Surely not, believe me --- years of experience ;-)

... means, that the Jython Java support is not on the classpath (some
jython....jar)
Since I do not understand your setup in detail, I cannot say more.
...and again: why do you do that? why don't you use the features of
SikuliX to run the scripts.
