Question #678865 on Sikuli changed:
https://answers.launchpad.net/sikuli/+question/678865

    Status: Open => Answered

RaiMan proposed the following answer:
--- May I know why ...
Its implementation historically depends on the package org.swinglabs.swingx,
which is no longer supported and developed.
I agree, that it might be a nice goody, but it only supported only some SikuliX
features while occupying a large space in the GUI.
So I decided, to remove it. I am working on solution in the direction
auto-complete, but with low prio.

--- Is there a way to get that "command list" panel in 1.1.4?
simply no, sorry.

But you might implement your own solution based on a pop-up list, where
the selected entry is copied to the clipboard and can then be entered in
the IDE using ctrl-v.
