RaiMan proposed the following answer:
You would have to modify the startup and lib export section of SikuliX
to support 32-Bit Java versions.
The libs for 32-Bit would have to be added according to the content of
the libs64 folder.
But as mentioned: I do not support that.
Why don't you use version 1.1.3?
